Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your photoshoot date and time, a non-refundable booking deposit equal to 50% of each scheduled person’s total session cost is required at the time of confirming the date and time of the session. This deposit goes toward the overall session balance and is not an additional fee.
The remaining 50% balance, which is the gallery deposit, must be paid no later than the day before the scheduled photoshoot. If the remaining balance is not received by this deadline, the session will be canceled and will not take place. Accepted forms of payment, in order of preference, include:

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
The initial 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.
Your date and time are not officially reserved until the booking deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid by the day before the shoot.
Failure to complete payment on time will result in a cancellation of the session without refund of the booking deposit.
All payments made go toward the full session total.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible.
Booking deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Clients may reschedule their session one time with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled shoot.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the session may require a new booking deposit.
In the event of weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, I reserve the right to reschedule the session to a mutually agreed-upon date.
Late Arrival Policy
I understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all sessions. After that, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients. Arrivals more than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time may require the session to be rescheduled, and additional fees may apply.

RAW/Unedited Photo Policy
RAW/unedited images are not included in any photography service and will not be delivered to clients, as they do not reflect my final editing style, artistic vision, or professional standards.
As the photographer, I retain full creative discretion over the selection, curation, and editing of all delivered images. The final gallery will consist of the images I determine best represent the client, overall session, and my style of photography.
By booking a session, clients acknowledge and trust my creative direction and editing style.
Delivered images may not be altered, filtered, re-edited, or otherwise modified. Edited or altered versions of my photographs may not be posted, shared, published, or distributed while crediting, tagging, or associating my name or photography business with the image.
Agreement to Policies
By booking a photography session with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined on this website, including but not limited to payment policies, cancellation and rescheduling policies, late arrival policies, photo delivery policies, and RAW image policies.
Your booking and payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. It is the client's responsibility to review all policies prior to booking. Failure to read these policies does not exempt clients from their obligations under this agreement.
I reserve the right to enforce all policies as stated to ensure a professional experience for all clients. Any questions regarding these policies should be addressed before booking a session.
